How do I join the LUSH Club Rewards Programme?
You will have the opportunity to opt-in to participate in the LUSH Club Rewards Programme when you create a Lush account in a LUSH Club Territory (“Lush Club”) on: (1) www.lush.com; or (2) the Lush app; or log in to your existing account; and are over the age of majority in a LUSH Club Rewards Programme Territory. Any purchases made by you prior to account creation will not count towards your Points.
Current employees and contractors are not eligible to participate in the LUSH Club Rewards Programme.
Participation in the LUSH Club Rewards Programme accounts territory is specific (and participation is limited to one account per person. You cannot join the LUSH Club Reward Programme in multiple LUSH Club Rewards Programme Territories at the same time).
Which territories is the LUSH Club Reward Programme available in?
– United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

What are the levels?
When you join the LUSH Club Reward Programme you start on Level 1. You move through the level at each 100 Point threshold. Visit your LUSH Club Rewards Programme tab on the LUSH App to see what level you are on (rewards are associated with points not levels), or log into your customer account online to view your LUSH Club Reward Level.
What are Lush Club Reward Points?
There is also the opportunity to earn Points when signed into your Customer Account and signed up to the LUSH Club Rewards Programme.
Points earned will be shown as a Points balance in your LUSH Club Rewards Programme profile within the Rewards tab in your customer account. Rewards will appear in the LUSH Club Rewards Programme at varying points thresholds.
When will my points appear on my profile?
Points will usually be added to your LUSH Club Rewards Programme profile within 24 to 48 hours of your Valid Order being dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee this and sometimes it may take longer to update.
How do I earn points?
You can earn Points by completing a “Valid Order”. This is described in the LUSH Club Reward Programme terms and conditions found https://www.lush.com/uk/en/a/lush-club-rewards-programme-uk-terms-conditions.
What are rewards & how do I accumulate points?
As you accumulate points from completing Valid Orders, new rewards will appear in the Rewards section of your Lush Club Rewards profile. The rewards will show the points threshold that was met for them to become available.
Rewards available in the LUSH Club Reward Programme are a mixture of free gifts with purchase offers, opportunities to attend Lush events, early access to product drops and more!
Each reward has its own terms and conditions that you can find on the reward tile in your Rewards profile.
How do I redeem the rewards?
Rewards will display on your Rewards profile found in your Lush Club Rewards profile once you have signed up to the LUSH Club Rewards Programme and you have reached the relevant points threshold for that reward.
– The rewards will display as “unlocked” when you reach the relevant point threshold for the reward.
– You will have until the expiry date showing on the reward to use the reward. If a reward remains unused and it expires, the reward will disappear.
– You can find the instructions on how to redeem a reward in the reward terms and conditions found on the relevant reward tile.
Can I redeem multiple Lush Club Rewards at the same time?
No. Only one reward can be added per transaction, therefore rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
Do Lush Club Levels, Points and Rewards expire?
– Lush Club Levels and Lush Club Points: These do not expire.
– Unlocked Rewards: Each reward will specify the relevant expiry period that runs from the date it is unlocked.
– Unused Rewards: Rewards that are not redeemed before their specified expiry date will no longer be available to access.
Can I still use Guest Checkout?
You are very welcome to check out using the Guest Checkout functionality if you wish. However, you will not earn any points on these transactions and any unlocked rewards available to you under the LUSH Club Reward Programme will not show up at checkout.
What happens if I return my order?
If you return an order, you will not be refunded the value of any applicable Rewards used. Any gift with purchase that you have received under the LUSH Club Reward Programme must be sent back with the returned order.
